MSGraham Consultants provides expert licensing and regulatory services for commercial nuclear energy companies across the fuel cycle and power reactor sectors. Our key focus areas include the creation of tailored regulatory strategies, license application development, license amendments, regulatory interface, pre-application support, and ASME NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance Program development and management.
Our Founder
MSGraham founder, Melinda Graham, is a Vermont native, US Navy military veteran, experienced in both fuel cycle and nuclear power licensing processes. She has experience in developing licensing strategies that fit within current regulatory framework for advanced reactor and new nuclear technology design. She's also working diligently for regulatory reform to align regulatory framework with current licensing needs rather then fitting the current day models into an antiquated structure.
She calls Johnson City, TN home, is an avid Vols fan, loves plants, and has a farmers heart. She has two amazing kids, a husband who is as driven as she is, and 2 fur babies that are always getting into trouble.
